The Swan Inn
Station Rd, WisbechSo, we are down this way house/dog sitting and being in a motorhome isn't always easy to get about etc., fed up of cooking and we find within easy walking distance the Swan Inn, now I always check trip advisor / Facebook reviews and they had some pretty good ones so we tried it out twice. Yes, it's an old pub that probably has seen better days but it's clean, staff/owners are exceptionally friendly and can't do enough for you and a big plus for us it's dog friendly inside or out. The bonus is the food is great, I mean really really good, today's Sunday roast best we have had in a long time and very reasonable. I always like to give a shout-out to local establishments wherever we visit and I believe there are a few campsites locally so give them a visit and you won't be disappointed but best to ring and pre book. Thanks to the Swan Inn team for making our visit here memorable

The Five Bells
Main Rd, WisbechWe found this pub, as we were holidaying in the area, and it was a Thursday Burger and Pint night. Massive portions and cooked beautifully. The salad dressing was to die for and I wish I had asked for the details. So if the chef is reading this please let me know. [email protected]

The Butchers Arms
40 Main Rd, WisbechThe Butcher's Arms has brilliant food, and the staff are very friendly. All the food is made to a high quality and I haven't had a bad meal there ever. The beef burger is my favourite, so if you are looking for a recommendation that is what I suggest. All really good, I enjoy eating there.
