Ordered the festive mac andCheese described as indulgent 3 cheese mac packed with chopped. Pigs in blankets topped with sage and onion breadcrumbs actually got sage and onion stuffing with very dry mac and cheese on top......disappointing ?
We went in a fairly large group, and unusually, everyone in the group enjoyed their meal... It's not super high class, but it's good food in a relaxing atmosphere... And at a sensible price. Good for family dining... Just nice all round...

A pleasant enough place and the food was good enough to be enjoyable. Nicely decorated, accommodation given to accessibility needs. Polite and courteous staff, fresh food.Not an exciting or exceptional pub but a lot better than some places I've been.Maybe not worthy of a detour to visit, but very certainly worth popping in if you are nearby.
