Staff were not particularly cheerful, hot food was left on the counter whereas in other Costas the hot food was brought to your table. The atmosphere by way of lighting and decor is cold and uninviting. We wouldn't rush back in a hurry.
Coffee was lovely & croissant was fresh, tho a little burnt on top. Service with a smile! Only disappointing thing was the seating. This branch doesn't have have any of those nice cosy armchairs that other branches have.

Outstanding service when we visited a few weeks back, an extremely different experience from when we almost walked out once before. The young lady on the till (Claudia) was so happy and greated everyone with a warm smile. Although very busy the team appeared to be working well to ensure a smooth service.
