despite a few negative reviews on here, as a experienced chef myself this place is not one to miss! our server Jon was excellent, very knowledgeable about the menu and very kind. the food was impeccable. we opted for the roast chicken à la forestieŕe and roast lamb à la dijonniase. meats were perfectly cooked and fondant potatoes to die for. 10/10 food, 10/10 service. we shall be returning

Located on the 5th floor of the Double Tree Hilton hotel, this restaurant has great views over Lincoln's Brayford wharf, the staff were pleasant and the atmosphere was relaxing but the food was totally amazing, I had the lamb and can honestly say it was the best taste ever, it melted on the tongue with excellent flavours.100% definitely recommended for a great dining experience at a reasonable cost.
