Didn't have any food, but two pints of Magna's cider went down well, Just passing through Waddington and decided to drop in for a pint. Has in some pubs when you walk in you are greeted by the "clique" that have been going to same pub for years, and get funny looks as if to say stranger in camp. Didn't feel like that in this pub. Fabulous atmosphere, safe warm and inviting place. Great beers on offer, plenty of places to sit and feel welcome. Great helpful friendly staff. Outside seating area. Wanted to attend last few years and what a pleasant trip. Deffo go again when over from Spain

The best pub with the friendliest landlady and landlord. Lovely clean and welcoming village local with variety of drinks on offer for alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.... Always have a great time in "the wheaty" with friends...
