We went in on a friday afternoon and had a cocktail, at 9 pounds each they were not worth it at all. Would definitely suggest having a simpler drink if you go in. Staff were nice but let down by expensive badly made drinks. Unlikely to visit again unfortunately.
We have been here in times past for the Sunday carvery, which used to be spectacular. We’d not been in a while, and although this time (maybe under new management) the carvery was Ok, the quality of the meat and the ingredients (in particular the roast tates) is not as good as it used to be. Good presentation and good service. Enjoyed the desserts too. But for £20+ a piece I would have expected a better carvery experience.

Managed to get a night out and found myself in Bentley's, small venue but it added to the atmosphere. Drinks were reasonably priced, the music was the sort of music I listen too (modern) and door staff were switched on and not total tools, which can sometimes be the case.
