This Caffè Nero is one of those small kiosk units which are great additions to a fast moving location, like Liverpool Lime Street Station. The problem comes when regulars, who know the queuing system converge with newbies who don't know you ‘order' on the right and ‘wait' on the left. A simple sign would suffice. Oh, and they got my order wrong!
The staff here are so friendly and efficient. This is almost a little pop up Nero so the staff work quickly to get you a coffee. They always get it right, it always tastes great and you always get a smile. I walk past 2 other coffee shops to get the service here.

It was a very cold evening and I was in the station waiting for my daughter coming from Manchester. Actually I was freezing until I ordered two cappuccinos to ease the waiting and warm our souls and lives. With the right cold the hot coffee was splendid almost an experience from someone who is rescued from a snow storm. The prices are up hight but the service and what you get is fine.
