Good range of coffees, cakes and sandwiches, with vegetarian options too. Quick, efficient service and friendly staff happy to help me decide what to get. We got 2 large regular coffee, they where fine.However the time we waited for it, the coffee was nothing spectacular.We also ordered hot food and cakes, food was ok but the cakes where both hard as rock. Almost as if they had been sitting in the glass cabinet for a week.The shop itself was not clean, although there was about 5 people behind the till talking orders, no one seemed to be out cleaning down tables. Called in this afternoon. I had several bags so a couple of members of staff, offered to carry coffees to downstairs seating as my hands were full. Kind gesture which was very much appreciated 5* service
