We are regular customers at Costa. I feel I have to write on this occasion due to dreadful service. It is not cheap to eat at this establishment. This was the third time in this particular store that we have received dreadful service. We excused our previous visits due to them being busy. Today this was not the case. Excellent service today from Lucy, Libby and Molly. Always a delight to visit this costa. Ellie and Morgan served today with a lovely welcome.Wheelchair accessibility: Disabled spaces in the car park and easy, level access for wheelchair access.

The place is nice and clean. The barista on the till, Liam, was very polite and professional. He make me one of the best coffees I ever tasted with a beautiful flower on it! Recommended 100%
