Went in to have a cup of tea and cake with my son. The staff talked to each other and another colleague/friend who was not working at the time each on a different side of the counter. I had a young child with me and I was alone, they could have offered to carry the tray to a table or bring the drinks over as it was not busy (I was the only customer in the queue), needless to say no offer was made. Not enough staff - just two. Long queue - whilst waiting noticed that all overhead lights - the shades - were filthy with dust and so too was the till, payment machine and other fixtures. Needs a good clean.
