Really nice little place for spending a few hours playing games and enjoying food and drink. Very relaxed atmosphere. Great service and helpful when deciding which games to play. There are LOADS of games to choose from. We were in Liverpool for a long weekend and visited here 3 times as it was so nice.
Stopped by for some boardgames after arcains. They have a HUGE collection, it was nearly overwhelming when trying to pick something to play next.Was hungry and needed a coffee, but also didn't know I needed a booking. Still! The staff here were SO helpful and, luckily, they had a free table.I definitely recommend their Earl grey, as well as the vegan nachos. I'm not vegan/veggie but the non-meat mince was lovely. We arrived without a booking, but the staff were brilliant. As we were only visiting Liverpool they found a way to accommodate us. We had delicious cake, toasties, teas and coffee. There's a very reasonable £2 per head per hour cover charge, but considering the selection of games this is amazing value. This was amazing fun!
