The hotel does have a nice Beatles vibe to it. But we encountered some problems. One - the rooms on the front of the hotel, which we had, the noise from the bars and pubs in really LOUD. Bring earplugs. Had rooms with two beds in the room - when pushed together they make the Queen/King beds but when they take them apart they become two twin beds - which would have been fine, but they are about 5 inches apart! Beautiful the ambience of this place is amazing very chill out place with absolutely amazing foot for all , spotless staff really helpful and caring out server Andrew was excellent full of praise for this cafe lounge definitely recommend it here
A great location for those doing a Beatles tour in Liverpool. Around the corner from the Cavern Club. Great photos throughout the hotel. Bed comfortable and pillows good. Most of the staff was very friendly. Negatives: very noisy location at night, bars nearby have live music until 2 am. Bring your earplugs! The carpeting had been pulled up in one corner of the room, and never repaired. The "balcony" wasn't a private balcony, it was an open walkway accessible by all the guests...read full review
