Antonio's Bar & Grill

Decided to take my mum and dad out for a special treat.
We turned up as a table of 3 with no booking and waited only 3/4 mins for a table to be available and set up.

We had garlic bread and cheese for starter which was amazing I had mix grill for one, which was also to die for, everything cooked spot on and seasoned to perfection so much food I struggled to get home being food drunk!! We also ordered burgers and a few sides.

The waitresses were amazing and attentive making sure everything was okay throughout the night.

All round perfect service. Thank you for hosting us, we will be back :)

The Grapes - Pub & Carvery

We came here yesterday evening as a party of 10 people to celebrate my mum‘s 83rd birthday. Some of some of the party ordered off the menu and some had the carvery. All the food as usual was delicious and and served promptly, despite the pub being very busy and was also very reasonable price wise.\nI’ve been coming here for quite awhile now and would definitely recommend The Grapes to anyone well done guys!

Lost count how many times I've been here but every time the food has been perfect. Burgers are brilliant and the sides are amazing ?. Great atmosphere and team inside with a good selection of drinks

Black Horse Inn

Bit of a mix up about tables but ok overall nice staff decent food had the large mixed grill with a fried egg as an extra all the meats were excellent shame about the fries overall very good

Spice Chilli Prescot

Just had a home delivery tonight.
Absolutely perfect.
Have previously always used the spice inn/ coach and horses in Rainhill.
Had the same meal from the spice inn earlier this week. Just ordered the same from Chilli Spice.
Similar price from both, but night and day difference.
The quality of the meat, the depth of flavour in the sauce was incomparable.
I always have a chapatti with my meal, they were the same price from both but the chilli spice was nearly 3x as big.
We got more for the same price so we can have another meal tomorrow from the same order.
Ive always thought spice inn was the best Indian locally, used it for years.
Now found a new home.

Great food, great prices & great sizes. No portion control here guys. Well worth a visit. We will be visiting again.

U Meal Chinese Takeaway

Best Chinese in the area. I'm so glad I found these as no one else does hot boxes round here, ribs are great too.
The salt and pepper tofu came battered/breaded and although I would've preferred it without it was still really good!

I would say that it would be great if they could put a plain veggie/tofu noodle box on the menu

Sing Ping Restaurant

First visit to this little restaurant for us and mixed feelings... the food we tried was good & to the standard we we're hoping for, portions were of a good size & the service was good.
Now the minus points - there is little or no atmosphere in this place a lot due to the white ceilings & walls with very bright lighting above more like a canteen or cafe, it's crying out for some ambient lighting & perhaps some background music you can hear.
There is very little Chinese themed decoration and it's quite compact inside giving little room to navigate between the tables...
Priced slightly less than mr ho's ( 5 mins walk away) but the trade off for me was it didn't have the same feel.

Manchester Road Supper Bar

Been coming here for many many years and i have enjoyed the food but lately i got fish and chips and fancied a chop suey roll. The chop suey rolls was awful slight vinegary taste it tasted off so spat it out and went in the bin. Chips looked like warm ups and fish was greasy. Iam so disappointed what's going on. Now i need to find another chippy. Them chop suey rolls i paid for can not be forgiven just awful. Given 4 star's for the food from the past.

The Spice Inn

Great Indian restaurant, staff are very friendly menu has loads of choice and plenty of unknown dishes to try also.

Service was fast, and food was amazing, great meal and we can't wait to visit again.

10 out 10, highly recommended.

Just ordered for the 1st time and was really impressed, gorgeous food, fast delivery, food was piping hot and brilliant price for all the stuff we got. Ty we will order again ??

Manor Farm

First time visit. Staff lovely and friendly and helpful. Food was pub food. We ordered 3 different meals and had no complaints. Service quick . Food hot and decent serving size .
Large drink selection. Plenty of seats Inside and outside . Plenty of
Parking spaces . Although you do need to put your car registration into a system at the bar to avoid a car charge. Which was not ideal and although signage everywhere, If distracted ,could miss it. So be warned. Besides that issue I'd recommend to anybody happy with basic pub food or a few drinks. I'd definitely go back as our experience was a decent one

CookHouse Pub & Carvery Rainhill

Had a family party in the Victoria suite, we had a wonderful evening. Staff couldn’t have been better especially Amelia , she’s a diamond,Nathan was very attentive too!
Food was good but hot dishes lacked salt , better than salt overload though.Would recommend and we will be coming back !

Blue Mango Restaurant

Just had a fantastic meal from The Blue Mango. I asked if they could possibly make me a meal without chilli, peppers/paprika due to an allergy, and they did. Chicken with honey and almond, it was delicious. They delivered it half an hour early too! Thanks very much guys……

Just been for tea tonight ? absolutely delicious! The korean bbq beef slipped off the bone it was so tasty and we were pleasantly surprised by the singer coming on at 6.30 smashing the 80s classics! She was brilliant ?? Thanks for a lovely evening we will be back!

Euro Supper Bar Whiston

This place has recently been taken over so we thought we would give it a try. Staff are lovely and friendly and delivery driver was delivered piping hot and really quickly. The food was absolutely delicious and I can’t wait to order again! Thank you ☺️

Panamia Pizza

Very decent food every time. This time we ordered chicken strips, usually order pizza and lamb chops, which are always nice. The chicken strips were perfect, it's hard to get chicken strips that aren't burnt out and dry from other places apart from kfc, but these were perfect.

Ken's Takeaway

Ordered via food hub and arrived in 30 minutes. Special fried rice is really special indeed. Chicken and sweetcorn soup is probably the best I've ever had. Very impressed.

A truly fantastic microbar that’s got all drinkers tipples covered. The atmosphere is superb and the host is so friendly you will not want to leave. A short walk from ? - definitely worth stopping off if passing by.

Spanish Caravan

We reserved the room upstairs for a baby shower and had an excellent experience. Staff were very accommodating allowing us to bring decorations and sandwiches/cakes, also offering to help move tables and chairs for us. Would highly recommend, thankyou!

Really good chippy. You never have to wait long no matter what you order or how busy the chippy is. Staff are always a polite and never make you feel like you are an inconvenient. Also except card.

Came in for Breakfast with my friend today, food was absolutely outstanding!! Cooked to perfection the red haired front of house girl was so lovely and accommodating as it was our first time here, great to talk to aswell!! 100% will be back!!

Papas Pizza

Lovely ? but I think could be better from experience of liverpool kebab shop they do shredded cabbage on kebabs and it makes it so much nicer also offer yogurt sauce .. was still lovely ?

Rainhill Fish Bar

I’ve been here for fish and chips five times on the way back from footy and it has the best, freshest fried fish around, and great chips too. Consistently very good.

Brunch at No 10

We had a breakfast and the food is cooked to order, piping hot and delicious. The hot drinks are HOT, which is enjoyable to still have a hot drink while eating breakfast. We will be going back.

Mermaid Tavern Prescot

Lovely place very impressed, service was smooth, dining area lovely, there was music playing in the background good variation and not to loud could still have a conversation, we dined as 4 people each dish was fabulous would return and recommend

Coach & Horses

Love this place, traditional pub on one side of it and a gorgeous Indian restaurant on the other, sounds strange but it's brilliant, staff are lovely on both sides, 100% recommended.

Paula was a great host... The Rocket has never looked better... Paula had a painter going round finessing the inside today and he has already painted the outside fencing and other areas, it looks very invitingThe new outside bar brings the outside in, perfect for the the warmer days.Great outside seating and large carpark makes the Rocket a perfect retreat to enjoy some family time in the summer days.Like all punch pubs the Rocket is Dog friendly.With Darts, a pool table and live sports also on offer.?

The Clock Face

Stayed here a night on our way to the Isle Of Man. Landlady Karen and her staff are lovely. Excellent pint and cracking burger. Clean and well presented rooms - very comfortable bed. Would come back in a heartbeat. ??

Deanes House

Amazing pub. Very clean ,modern but still got that old fashioned feel to it. Live music was great. Pool table and darts, and lovely food at reasonable prices. Went to The sun inn over the road beforehand for a couple first also great little gem of a boozer. Definitely worth visiting both.

Roast at the Watchfactory

Really lovely experience having Sunday dinner with mum and my fiancé. The food was delicious and the setting is very comfortable. Absolutely delicious sundae for afters too! We will be back for sure, a true hidden gem!

Well I can’t thank Sam, John & staff enough for making my daughter Lily’s 18th birthday party absolutely fantastic! From first contact to sorting food, dj and getting drink in that family had asked for .. Lily had an amazing time and loved every minute for her first legal drink ! The buffet was gorgeous everybody who attended loved the whole night. Food, music and the atmosphere was fabulous. Definitely recommend this venue and staff ! Our first time having a roast dinner today and everything was cooked to perfection. The roasties are the best we have had in a long time. Great choice of meats and great service too. We will be back for more!

Derby Arms

Lovely stay in a good size and very comfortable room. Staff very friendly and chatty and homely feeling as soon as you're through the door. Food not amazing unfortunately, the haddock was not particularly hot and relatively small portions, especially the sides (tenderstem brocoli was very limp and overcooked yet still tepid) but certainly had worse. Would still recommend staying here I'll just probably choose a different menu option next time.

Cracking old school cafe. Always get good breakfast at very competitive prices, and a good chat with owners. Never a dull atmosphere. The fact they been doing it for years and still here says it all. Highly recommended.

Sun Inn

One of the quieter venues in Prescot, which is perfect for a lazy Sunday afternoon. If its a nice day you can sit out in the beer garden, if its chilly you can sit in front of the fire. Really good place with friendly staff.

Been coming here for years. The staff are amazing, quick service and kind.
The drinks have stayed low compared to other places in the area.
Don't listen about the food, they don't serve food.

Great pub. Decent food. Good selection of beers. Very friendly staff. Especially Lilly behind the bar. I watched her help an elderly woman struggling to walk up the outside steps, sat the lady down then an hour or so later she walked the lady out of the pub, down the steps into her car. The Watch Maker - JD Wetherspoon

On a Sunday afternoon was really full, the staff all seemed pleasant enough and working hard in a busy pub. The atmosphere was nice enough and not as rough as some Whetherspoons can be. Will go back. The food coming out looked great but cant comment as didn't eat. £1.99 for a pint of ales is fantastic value make you feel your not getting ripped off like you do in most places.

Parking: Gets busy at peak times, I've been fortunate to find a parking space each time I visited.

Cheaper than Domino's, small takeaway, great pizzas, polite staff, but cash only, and the delivery policy is weird - I only live around a mile away but I'm outside their delivery range. But nice pizzas!Parking: No real parking at the shop. But 3 free car parks within a few minutes walk.
