The cooked breakfasts are good, but if the staff working in the kitchen are busy, customers are forced to use the self service monitor. The problems with this are: the self service system is not very user friendly and, it does not inform you if there is a long delay on your order.
Waited 40 minutes for food after being told it would be 15 minutes, just to be told the chef was on a break, then order turned up wrong, so rejected it, won't bother going again

It's hit or miss with the breakfasts we go for at cafe.. not as good as it was 20years ago.. I ordered a big breakfast an the sausages wer disgusting, I think they must of been vegan, I don't eat vegan. The bacon was like plastic food yuk. That's finished it for me at the café no more wasting money there..
