We visit Neros at least twice a week. I was so pleasantly surprised by this little handwritten Christmas card this morning. Thank you Caitlin and the team.Management changed not long ago and it has definitely been so much more pleasant to go there staff/service wise since. Visited at lunch time fairly busy.staff coped well with a onslaught of people in queue.tables cleared quickly both inside and outside clean toilets and dog friendly. staff..pleasant and helpful.Wheelchair accessibility: Room in cafe to move around and good sized toilet on ground floor
