We came to visit the half moon inn for my birthday getaway, we received great customer service from the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Libby & Nicole and shown to our room ( 10 )The room was cute and had everything we needed for a cosy stay.We had dinner later in the conservatory and I must say the meals were amazing, my partner had the mixed grill and I had the steak and Stilton pie.Now when I tell you the portions were huge, I really mean it!Don’t expect to leave hungry,...read full review

Went for dinner recently at this lovely village pub. Was warmly greeted by both Carson and Libby. Libby also waited on us. We were seated at a table next to the warm fireplace (which was much appreciated as it was a cool night). It was great to have the assistant manager, Natalie, recommend us particular meals to try. We will definitely be coming back for food in the future!!

Visited today for an evening meal and drink. Service was first class and the staff were friendly and efficient throughout. The meal was extremely filling, so much so we had to decline a sweet! The menu was fairly priced and had a very good choice of dishes to choose from.
