The 2 stars are for the food as it was good !! They lost 3 stars because of the customer service. The woman on the phone has no manners at all. I think she needs to stop answering the phone with an attitude like hers. This place needs to rethink their phone manner
Decided to use Belton kebab house while on holiday, wasn't disappointed, food really good, i had a mixed chicken and donner kebab and my daughter pizza, both were fantastic, had it delivered to our caravan and came within the time given, would definitely recommend

We had a chicken kebab and a lamb shish kebab and a portion of chips. It was awful, the chicken had been put on top of the salad which turned it into warm mush which we had to bin. The chips were greasy, soggy and cold. The lamb kebab was also greasy and soggy and described as rank by my partner. £25 and a total waste.
