We stayed 2 nights for my wife’s birthday and overall it was a very nice relaxing stay. Staff were helpful and friendly and rooms comfortable, and I’ve only marked down a star because of the slightly limited menu - the food on offer was very good- which was the same for lunch and dinner. A few lunch options would’ve been appreciated as would 2-3 more options of both starter and main courses. As ever the quality of the food and friendly service was spot on. However (and not for the first time) the cheese board was very disappointing. Minimal everything for unreasonable £11! We will speak personally to the management about this. This element needs to improve
