After recently staying here I felt compelled to complain about the lack of housekeeping! I sent this to the CEO on 11th September via the customer service email I was given whe we checked out and received an automated reply saying: 'Thank you for your email a response will be sent within 14 working days.' I recently stayed here with a group of 30 women & I had nothing to complain about. We were looked after brilliantly. Staff are amazing, very helpful & frendly. Bed very comfy with plenty of pillows. No extra plug sockets by bed so an extention would have been useful to take, so I could have my phone charging on the bedside table....only 1 socket each side with the lamps plugged in. The duty manager who oversaw our event was out standing, she went way above and beyond what was expected. Sadly the hotel was nor as clean as would be expected. The window frames needed cleaning and no room cleaning takes place a d the room keys needed to be recoded every time it was used. The hotel seems tired, but comfortable. The wifi was flaky at best.
