Booked table in advance for a Friday night meal with friends.Warm and friendly welcome.Good menu and specials board.Three plaice and chips and one sea bass .Food looked good and tasted nice too.Parking was well placed right outside.Would give 5* but eating area was very cold and time from order to serve was longer than expected.Total cost with drinks £80 which was reasonable.
It was lovely pod was lovely and clean food was absolutely delicious, the landlords are very very lovely and friendly would recommend to friends and family and would definitely book again thank you ❤️

Very good, no nonsense pub with very good no nonsense food. We popped in for a light lunch. One of us had a prawn cocktail, not some prissy thing in a glass but a proper job with crusty bread and a little mixed salad it was a good light bite. I had ham, egg and chips; the ham was excellent and the chips were brilliantly crispy together with 2 runny yoked eggs it was a good stop.Parking: Easy parking, 2 car parks, loads of easy access space.
