I've visited many pubs in my long life. At lunchtime yesterday, New Year's Eve, I went to The Crown for the first time. As soon as I came through the door of this otherwise not very prepossessing building I felt completely happy. No oak beams, no horse brasses etc just three delightfully smiling ladies (3 generations of one family?) behind the bar, warm, simple bar area, and excellent beer. It was a real pleasure to be there and I wish I had known of it long ago. I shall return!

Just the best Sunday lunch we have had in Norfolk. Excellent food and service from the Staff who are friendly and go out of there way to make your visit a special one. Highly recommended a visit.

Stumbled on this pub today. Lovely friendly staff. The food was excellent all hot and freshly cooked,didn't leave a scrap on the plate. My wife and I both gave our food a score of 10 out of 10.
