We have been for drinks a few times as they have a top selection for reasonable prices. But I didn't know that they served such a good breakfast!!! Great service and friendly staff. Can't wait to come back for more. We have put their breakfast mornings in our diaries.
This was a last minute need for lunch for 5 people and so was surprised we could be accommodated on a Sunday and after reading the reviews I feared the meal would be a disappointment but I must say we found the negative reviews unfounded. We all ate different meals and they were lovely pub food, nothing fancy but certainly very edible which some reviews made me think wouldn't be the case. We love ths pub, great staff. Went for their quiz night last night, really good fun and a great atmosphere. We didn't eat, but the burgers looked great and will be back soon to sample. Also, we have enjoyed going in and having a couple of pints and a game of dominos!!
