My wife and I were travelling back from Beccles to Milton Keynes (A143) after dropping off some equipment to a friend. We’d seen the pub on the way through in the morning, having said to ourselves that one of their signs looked a bit like a speed camera sign (bright yellow). We arrived about 1.30 and were warmly welcomed. We both had jacket potatoes which each came with plenty of filling, a big green salad, and quite a large pot of homemade coleslaw. We had dinner here and everything about the place was lovely. Food was fantastic, you got loads for your money, excellent service, and very friendly owners. Burgers in particular were really good! We will be back!

Had lunch Monday with family was busy and only the cook and waitress never the less service was exceptional and with a smile The meal excellent hot tasty and large portions Didn't have a wait which would have been expected Very clean considering the work load and staffing Activities for the children at the table A friendly vibrant place to eat and drink Highly recommend
