My favourite local Costa coffee. Every time I've been the place is clean, there's never a long wait, the staff are always fabulous and friendly. Most importantly the drinks are made correctly here, I've been to several costas that seem to have poorly trained staff that don't make the drinks correctly and you can really tell. Costa at Swaffham has good seating area, pleasant staff, usual good selection of drinks and snacks, and is close to free parking spaces. I revisited on 18/10/23 & the staff were even nicer & friendly. Free parking is a 5 minute walk away. Excellent coffee shop.
I must say, since moving to Swaffham, this Costa has always been my favourite place to go for coffee and a lovely atmosphere.The staff are always kind, friendly and have wonderful smiles all round.Today was another example of their outstanding customer service.I'd brought along my little furry friend, Bug, who I'm currently looking after.
