Went for an evening meal on what was a rainy day. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming at the door and got us in and warming up quickly. We were given menus and a few minutes to decide. Service was okay, but could have been a bit faster. We went to the Marriott's warehouse for lunch and we ordered the BBQ plate. It was not so bad but it was not delicious. The chicken and the burgers were quite dry, the ribs full of BBQ sauce and that's it, without any other extra flavor. The only amazing thing from this plate was the corn on the cob
Beautiful building, lovely location, excellent service. Two things which made me give 4 stars instead of five, firstly we were plonked on a table so close to the bar that the back of my chair was knocked each time a waitress walked by, I asked to move and they gave us a much better table. Secondly, the food was good but my son's bacon on Hunter Chicken was so overcooked he tapped on it and it made a sound like wood, at these prices we expected better.
