Passing through the village, popped in and a fantastic warm welcolme from all the staff. A wide selected to cater for all tastes. Will visit again if passing (only 5 minutes off the A1M)
Popped in for a late breakfast on a Monday.... Two egg, bacon, and sausage with beans, toms and mushrooms with 2 slices toast all for £9.15. Awesome!Limited inside seating with table service. Usually quick turn around of seating space.Cake portions are huge...Pot of tea does three cups....Lovely friendly staff... Glad we chose Gilchrist's ?Toilet down the alley last door on left!!

Superb food, superb service and great staff, always extremely polite. Lovely little place. The breakfast rolls are delicious. Not the cheapest but you pay for what you get. They certainly don't skint on the fillings ?
