Been visiting for years now and always friendly. Amazing cakes, not the norm but something a bit different. Lovely homemade items too. My now grown son loves their homemade pizza and I have to bring some home with me as he doesn't come with us anymore. Lovely homemade sandwiches too.
I used to love this deli so I am not sure if it has changed hands in recent years? Lots of choice inside but rather overpriced. I would be surprised if it was fresh considering the time of year and how quiet Filey was. I ordered a breakfast roll on brown served by a very pleasant lady. It seemed to take a long time as even my 3 children at one point came in asking how much longer would it take (luckily I was the only one in the shop). Really enjoyed our visit here aug 2023 and Nov 2023 the staff are lovely and friendly ? the shop has a lovely traditional feel to it almost like a little french deli it's really cute I felt like I'd stepped into another country!we tried the pizza slices huge and tasty ? and the pastries also really like the lovely selection lots of choice will definitely return when we visit filey !
