The food in this place is terrible. Fish, chips and mushy peas. Fish was undercooked, the batter was slimy and dripping in fat, the chips were frozen, I actually saw someone carrying them out of the freezer into the kitchen and the so called mushy peas were tasteless with water floating on top. I complained with an email to the management but no reply. £76 for 7 meals that no-one enjoyed. Firstly £9.70 for a pint of beer and a pint of shandy! You’re in Filey, not Central London. Foodwise, we had fish & chips, it looked quite nice but had absolutely no flavour at all, it was a waste of calories They were very accommodating with a specific sandwich request which was appreciated. The staff we met were also friendly. We sat outside (husband went in to order drinks first), however if I’d have gone inside first we wouldn’t have stopped.
