The three of us plus our large dog were made most welcome. As an ex publican myself, I am particularly critical. The bar was well managed, clean and tidy. The Amber ale and the Suprise Santa ales were well kept and couldn't fault taste or texture.The menu gave plenty of choice and we can vouch for the steak, ale and mushroom suet pudding, the Morecombe Bay Chicken and the half chicken. We spent a very pleasant couple of hours in the lovely beer garden on a warm Saturday afternoon. Went back a couple of day later – had a great chat with Mark and Sue. Turns out Mark and I went to the same school – small world! They had a nice selection of real ales – the Framers Blonde was my favourite. They were all nicely kept. If and when we’re next in Ingleton, we’ll most certainly be back.

Just finishing off our weekend in Ingleton. Can't recommend this pub enough. Been in all the pubs over the weekend and this one wins hands down. We where made to feel like one of the locals. Sue the landlady is brilliant. So friendly and treated our dog Maddie like her own. Cant wait to come back. Thanks sue xx
