We try to do a couple of Michelin restaurants per yer (at least) as we enjoy our food and the whole experience. Grantley was definitely on the hit list so we headed for a taster menu experience. The restaurant is swish, fairly formal, but not too stuffy. The staff were attentive and friendly and had lots of time to chat and explain drinks and food. The menu was of course set and fabulous.
