May 29 th. I visited with my wife while travelling west from Sandsend. On arrival there was a queue of maybe 5 people and some in the restaurant. The young girl behind the counter was on her own coping extremely well and dealing with what was clearly a large workload. Eventually I got served with two take out Americanos and I thanked her and complimented her on how well she was coping. Called in for a coffee as needed to ise the loo as well. killing two birds with one stone. Would have gone somewhere else had I known the toilet was out of order. Thet directed us to Tesco to use theirs. They should have a sign on the entrance to warn people before they put their order in

It was a busy Saturday afternoon and there appeared to be only two members of staff working, they were taking it in turns to either serve or wash crockery. Even though there was a wait we were met with politeness both when being served and when leaving. Costa please get these two hard working girls some help!
