Following previous reviews, we went to try out The Pancake House, upon entering there was a gorgeous smell of freshly made pancakes, and a warm friendly welcome (including our dog!) from the staff - was quickly shown to our table, there was a great menu, we were spoilt for choice - in the end went for bacon butties all round which came with fresh tomatoes & optional poached egg (recommended) and a pupster cookie for our smallest family member ?? - food was served pretty quickly...read full review

What an amazing place. Food was absolutely delicious!!! Staff were so accommodating and polite. Even allowed our friendly pooch in to have a nice little doggy snack. Highly recommend visiting if you are in the area. Absolutely perfect place to visit and have good food Kid-friendliness: Polite and friendly staff. Table service.Parking: Cheap parking directly across the street. 50p for an hour

Fantastic service and food. One of the party is vegan so had the smashed avocado on sourdough bread, a coffee and a milkshake created by our waitress made from Vegan Vanilla Ice-cream, Oat Milk and Oreo biscuits. Great atmosphere and will be sure to visit again.Dietary restrictions: Verbally confirm the safe options for the vegan in the party. And then came back later with a suggestion that they could try making for them.
