Tonight my husband and I decided to try the Mix It Up Meals, and we were not disappointed. Hubby had a delicious 28 day matured rump steak, cooked to perfection he said!! He chose the fries and the fresh garden salad, which he said was really lovely, and was served with a vinaigrette dressing. I had the gammon, and was really surprised to be given 3 gammon steaks, 2 of which I brought home with me for Hubby's breakfast!! Typical Greene King owned, under the Hungry Horse wing. Very large establishment that has a very extensive, well priced menu, and a huge choice of beers and lagers on draught. There are daily menu deals which can save you money, portions are average, or under. Does get busy at times, advisable to book, but not necessary.
