Let me tell you - any place that serves full sized burrata on your pizza (or even have burrata on the menu), for me is a good one. Burro, in the middle of countryside has exceeded all my expectations! A fine Italian gaff in an old circular mill in a small village north of Selby. Genuine Italian cuisine with specific dishes of Sicilian origin. I had darn good ravioli stuffed with cingiali ...exactly the right amount with fewer, larger pieces than is usual. The San Marzo tomatoes and small black olives added a savoury, spicy punch.
