Food & drinks: The food was reasonably priced and very good we had the haddock and chips and mushroom stroganoff, both good portion sizes and tasty. The staff friendly and welcoming.
We stayed here from Wednesday till today so we could go to the races. What a beautiful place, the staff were amazing, the lovely redhead behind the bar was so hospitable she couldn't do enough for us. The food was amazing, the rooms are lovely and cozy. Can't wait to go back again. Thank you for everything, Nicola and Christian, room 2.
Very good food and spacious restaurant and bar with a conservatory and outside seating. Lovely helpful pleasant staff too. A good stop-off for a meal or just a break from the nearby A1.
