First café in Scarborough to be granted an outside licence in 1992 for a pavement café. So, yes, it does have outside seating. Great view of South Beach, the bridge and Blue Roundabout. It's right next door to the Rotunda Museum (currently closed). Home made soups. Pleasant staff. Original artworks on walls for sale. I had the two cheese salad and a spiced orange tea. Pleasant little coffee bar found to the right of The Rotunda museum at the bottom of the slope leading to The Grand Hotel. Seating available both inside and out with lovely views of the bridge and to the sea. Clean and surprisingly spacious seating inside. Very nice coffee, hubby the coffee snob enjoyed it. Staff pleasant and efficient.
