We visited Bistro 81 while staying in Selby for a week. Not knowing the area we were unsure where to eat out. We spotted this small Bistro which looked warm and welcoming on a cold dark night. We were so glad we decided to call in. The greeting was warm and welcoming. The staff were extremely friendly and took great delight in explaining the menu. Visited Bistro 81 tonight and it was fantastic . Heard so many great reviews we wanted to try and we were not disappointed. Food and service was excellent. Thanks for a lovely evening we will be back .

This was the first time I had visited. I met a friend for coffee and was not disappointed. Was given a warm welcome as I came through the door. The coffee was lovely and hot and we had a piece of chocolate brownie which was lovely. Beautifully decorated for the season and the ambience was lovely.
