Wonderful! My wife has severe allergies and everyone was super accommodating from the moment we arrived, even the chap behind the bar knew about them and the chef could explain all the changes made to each dish - very reassuring.We had the tasting menu and the food was excellent, not as excessively and unnecessarily posh as some places - no foamed essence of unicorn - just the best version of each food item you've ever eaten, served with a smile and a warm welcome.Will definitely...read full review

We ate in the Burlington Restaurant as part of a two-night dinner, bed and breakfast package at the Devonshire Arms. Dinner was seven courses served as a tasting menu. It was a delightful time together, and when the ‘Chocolate’ course was served, so was a special chocolate birthday item for one of our family. We appreciated the highlighting of local produce during the meal, and the effective service.

We had the tasting menu with the accompanying wine flight. The staff were amazing and the chef accommodated a dietary allergen I have by offering alternatives (the one selected was superb). Both the waiting staff and sommelier were very attentive and helped make the evening what it was. As for the food, it was a tasting menu so don't expect large portion sizes.
