Shocked at the bad reviews as the food we had was lovely. However, they need to sort a few things out. Going back a few years, you got your own hot drink while in the queue so by the time you got to the till you were sorted. Not now !! you queue up, place your order and then join another, much longer, queue to get your chosen hot drink. Wasn't good. It wasn't the staffs fault but the automated system of ordering food and drink just doesn't work. I ordered a tea and scone with Jam and I got 2pots of tea, never received the scone. Things were that bad that the manager of the cafe took to hiding in the back and was refusing to come out and deal with complaints leaving her poor staff to cope, she gets paid to deal with issues.

Just popped in for a quick lunch I had the traditional fish and chips my wife went for a fish salad both were good nice fresh coffee and tea in a proper pot all very good. For a while it was a bit average but has picked up again
