Called in tonight for food and drinks. Superb! Firstly, the food was delicious and superbly presented, was better than much more expensive and “fancier” restaurants I’ve been to. Superb value for the quality of the food. I had onion bhajis for starters and game casserole which was served with a creamy mash, delicious dumplings, roasted beetroot, chantenay carrots and red cabbage for mains, all cooked to perfection. On visit to Skipton Xmas Market-booked into the Railway for lunch with friends-my wife has mobility problems and has a walking frame which was stored safely by the staff. Off the beaten track but a warm and friendly welcome by all the staff. Food was good solid Yorkshire fayre, well presented and of a good standard. Well worth a visit if you are in town.

Had a lovely evening party of 17 great atmosphere , staff were very helpful ,food was top notch a real credit to skipton !! 10 out of 10 highly recommended will be going back again and again . A big thank you for making it such a good night !
