Don’t get me wrong, the bagel was delicious, but the place itself is so poorly run. Waited about 15 mins for one bagel and when the order was called they only repeated the contents of the bagel and several people go up at the same time, very poorly organised.

always ask for a chicken club without tomato’s , they never remember to take off the tomatoes, and when they do remember they don’t untill it’s too late and you get all the tomato goop in the bagel :(. and they have removed the meal deal so it costs £18 for two bagels, a drink and crisp , no warning that the deal is gone !
