The staff was very helpful. One in particular recommended us some touristy spots & the receptionist was always very polite too.Majority of the clients were much older than us with no kids so it was nice and quiet.We were lucky to get a very well priced offer on Group On for two ?? which included the birds of prey pass. Had a lovely 2 night stay here Xmas pressies from granddaughter it was excellent really enjoyed our stay very relaxing with great food and 100% great service staff were exceptional couldn't do enough made a huge difference. Loved it !!!Rooms: Lovely room king size bed very clean and decor good everything you need for a good night's sleep and easy access too. This place has been recently refurbished. It was very clean and has really good facilities. The bar has a good variety of drinks. The games room is of a good standard. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is a very good standard.Rooms: Good size and standard but be careful keeping the bathroom door closed when using the shower.
