The staff made our little pug Bella very welcome. It's great that Caffe Nero allows dogs. We were able to escape a very cold day today, enjoy yummy coffee, and relax with Bella between lunch and shopping. Many thanks - we'll back. Five woofs from Bella! ? ??
Servics was excellent. Great baristas and coff the best of the chains. However, upstairs seating area is filthy. Open top bins, stckt matted, and ripped seats. Mangers must do better.

Great place to sit and chill for a bit! I got a hot chocolate and a cake and sat upstairs and it was so nice to get away from the busy streets of York and just to sit and chill somewhere nice and quiet was great. Also they are dog friendly so that's a plus!
