Me and my colleague were on our drink break whilst working in the community last week (nurses) - on Monday. The staff at costa were so lovely and kindly gave us 2 drinks on them. This was greatly appreciated and made our day/work week! Acts of kindness like this really do have a big impact. Thank you! X
This Costa franchise previously had some service issues, but the new manager there, Chris, is a true diamond of a man and has quickly turned the place around. It's now again a lovely community hub and a place to hang out and relax.

Visited costa in Haxby my local costa coffee shop, ordered a karge hot chocolate and 2x brown toast butter and marmalade- i was told they didnt have any marmalade so i got jam instead. However the young gentleman ( he had a beard) i didnt catch his name) went to the stores and found me some marmalade and brought it to my table. Now thats excellent customer service.
