I went into subway on stonebow and it's not wheelchair friendly or pram friendly and one of the workers was rude to me and told me to take my son in his pram around where there's steps. It's raining and the floor is slippery and I nearly fell on my butt which is dangerous for everyone and especially pregnant women like me. I won't be stepping foot in that place again
Not the first time this has happened the staff completely ignoring me even though I'm next in queue to serve a person they know and then giving them their order for free all I'm asking is a bit of professionalism and even then serving me with the ok what do you want attitude I'll go somewhere else in

The food is tasty and heated up quickly in front of you while you wait. The store is not the nicest shape inside, sort of wedged in between other stores and it shows. But the staff are polite and the food tastes good, which is what matters.
