Tommy (who used to work at McColls) is awful, a proper nasty character and despises you for taking parcels, and gave me a right ticking off about buying things online. The rest of the staff are lovely though, and feel sorry for them having to put up with him, no idea how they employed him. If you don't have tommy though, they are quick helpful and reliable.
