Had the Sunday carvery...a real feast...3 meats and a mountain of hot delicious potatoes, mashed and roasted...loads of veg...and a pudding for a tenner.All served hot be smiley staff in a friendly pub.Definitely one to return to..thanks.
Found this place by accident, we were loooking for somewhere to eat, so glad we did, carvery only on a Sunday 12-4, £10 each. A fine "estate pub" on the edge of Daventry with a warm welcome and descent ales. We went afternoon but it was getting busy for Wednesday curry night £10 for two trips and the selection looked fabulous. Made a mental note to pop back when I have more time.
