We visited on a Thursday evening as a group of four. We were welcomed warmly to the inn, ordered our drinks from the well stocked bar and were shown to our table overlooking the garden. The menu choices were pretty good, with something for everyone. We ordered the sea bass, the chicken and chips, the Overstone burger and a rack of ribs. We stopped over in our campervan and had a great meal and the staff were all very good, nice and friendly. We will return. Excellent food also with special offers like free dessert etc, so it is good value.
We hired the Secret Garden event space for a 60th party and could not have got a better place. The space is fantastic with outside bar and plenty of seating and general space. The food was amazing and staff were more than helpfully with everything. The weather wasn't the best but the staff made sure we had plenty of cover and parasols.
