I am new to burton Latimer and I have used this cafe before and the service has always been grate all round. 2 days ago I went in and made an order and toke my little girl to school and totally forgot to get my order and went on my way to work. I went back 3 days later to get another order and told them not to worry because was my mess up but they absolutely made my day because they refused for me to pay again even though was my mess up . Quick service. Food and tea brought to me. Didn't feel hassled in any way. Easy access. Food good. Owners chatty if you want them to. Offer take out and eat in. Various options of food. Thank you. No washing up.Parking: Parking for about 15 outside and a large carpark opposite about 50 csrs.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of room for kids
