Brought my 3-year-old daughter here. The staff were very accommodating; offering me a knife to cut up a sandwich, and my daughter was given a spoon to eat the whipped cream on her drink. They honored my charity workers discount without question (which sadly hasn't been my experience with other locations), and were generally friendly, especially to my young child.Parking: Shared parking with the hotel next door. Floods at the end nearest the carriageway on rainy days.
Manager overheard us discussing the eggnog latte at the till and how we'd never tried it. One of us said they'd heard eggnog is not very nice - manager came over and offered to make us small tasters, discussed the product in detail with us, we tried them, one of us ordered it (I loved it) and the other ordered her usual. Really attentive and thoughtful service, and really friendly staff. Lovely experience.

Been up and down the country with work recently and delighted to see Cold brew coffee back on the menu. Called in here only to be told they didn't have any despite the item being on the board. Staff were apologetic.
